• A booking is confirmed only after deposit/payment confirmation
• Clients must provide accurate contact and event details
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings when necessary

3. Deposits & Payments

• A non‑refundable advance/deposit is required to secure your date
• Remaining balance must be paid before or on the service day
• Accepted payments: UPI, bank transfer, cash, or other approved methods
• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non‑refundable
• Rescheduling depends on availability
• Last‑minute cancellations or no‑shows may be charged full service fee
• We may reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events

5. Client Responsibilities

• Inform us of any allergies or skin conditions before service
• Arrive on time to avoid delays or shortened services
• Provide clean, safe space for on-location services

We are not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or conditions.

We maintain strict hygiene standards, sanitized tools, and professional products. However, individual skin reactions may vary, and we are not liable for unforeseen sensitivities.

7. Pricing & Additional Charges

• Early morning or late-night bookings may incur extra fees

8. Travel & On‑Location Services

For home or venue services, clients must arrange adequate lighting, seating, electricity, and parking. Travel charges may apply depending on location.

9. Photography & Portfolio Rights

We may photograph or record our work for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in advance.
